The Golden Crown - Watford

My new favorite Chinese take around. have ordered a couple of times recently and really enjoyed what I got, perfect to my taste. nice friendly staff.

I don't eat much Chinese, but if I do, that's the place for me. the courts I order are consistently good, which normally have a fast delivery and the staff are very friendly on the phone. recommend these dishes on my photo

For more than 25 years we have been using this take and eating is always excellent. I don't think I ever had a bad meal here! it is cheap and a cut over pure takeaway restaurants. sometimes this can be waiting for the delivery long (has waited 1 hour at the moment), but for me this is a good sign because they are always busy and popular.

I used to have a favourite Chinese takeaway restaurant that was in Bushey, which has sadly shut down due to the owner retiring. For the longest time I couldn't find a Chinese takeaway which came anywhere close to the delight of stuffing myself with their food, until I ordered from Golden Crown. My girlfriend who is rather picky, gives Golden Crown 2 thumbs up My usual orders consist of: Spare ribs peking style (which are great Egg fried rice (can't go wrong, and Golden Crown does not go wrong Chicken Chow Mein (Yum! Kung Po Chicken (Juicy thick well textured bits of chicken and thick sauce Beef in Black bean sauce (great beef great sauce Crispy Chilli Beef (great beef again, slightly chewy which I like not crunchy Spring rolls good And to top it off of course they treat you to free prawn crackers.
