Took my team of ten for a staff Xmas meal and despite being very busy on a Tuesday night, the service was brilliant! Warm, attentive and friendly smiley staff plus fresh food cooked deliciously served with no delays and nothing was too much for these wonderful people! We ordered via Deliveroo and just as the food was about to arrive we got a message saying ‘we can’t deliver.’ No problem, these things happen, but when I called the restaurant I was spoken to very rudely and was just told ‘there is nothing we can do and then hung up on me.’ Very disappointing. Ambience 10/10, amazing customer service all around especially Eve who ensured my 10yr old nephew had the most amazing birthday. Thanks to all stuff too. Such a fun night.
