El Molino Mexican Waterville Mn

The food and service at this restaurant was outstanding! It was definitely worth the drive from Mankato.

My wife ordered me the Plaza Nachos appetizer as a treat while I am in Rochester undergoing treatment for leukemia. Unfortunately, when she brought it to me for lunch, I discovered that it was not at all what she had ordered. Instead of the dish she ordered, I received a Styrofoam box filled with tortilla chips, a small portion of salsa, beans, and peppers. When I called the restaurant to explain the mistake and asked them to describe the correct entree to me, they insisted that what I received was indeed the Plaza Nachos. Despite reading the menu description to them, they were not willing to make it right and simply said, "I don't know, best of luck." I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money at Elmolino over the years, as I live close by. However, I will not be returning after this disappointing experience.

El Molino in Waterville has an extremely friendly staff with excellent customer service!! Our favorite place to eat!!

This was an excellent restaurant with delicious food and amazing service. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves so much that you could even hear them singing in the kitchen. It made our family time today very enjoyable. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
