Wendy's Old Fshnd Hamburgers - Waterloo

I have visited this restaurant many times and have always been satisfied with their excellent service and high-quality food. However, on one occasion when we tried to place an online order, the printer was unplugged, causing a delay in our experience. This seemed like a rare occurrence, but it did impact our overall efficiency.

This Wendy's restaurant is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our Frosty along with a spoon while waiting for our hamburgers, as no other place does that. The Frosty and hamburgers were both amazing, and the customer service was great too!

Kim is absolutely delightful and brings a refreshing energy to the restaurant. Her customer service skills are top-notch and she has a way of making everyone feel exceptionally welcome, regardless of age, gender, or order. Her positive attitude is contagious and always leaves customers feeling happy.

The service was good with a friendly staff. The food could be hotter at times. It never seems to be very busy at lunch time on the 3 or 4 times I was there for lunch, not sure why. If you want a quick meal it is a okay place to go.

The self serve screens were down due to staff breaks. The lady at the front counter was quite difficult to understand and we didn't get quite what we thought we were getting. The order was straightened out quickly though. Recommend more clear English speaking personnel at order desk.
