Mcdonald's - Waterloo

The cashier was friendly and helpful when the online ordering station wasn't working. The breakfast burritos are consistently delicious at this restaurant!

I ordered a double 1/4-pound cheeseburger with a small soda. Unfortunately, I received two different types of meat on my sandwich, and one was severely undercooked at 90%. I would have been willing to wait an extra 5 minutes for a properly cooked burger. I know that staffing issues can arise, but it's important to ensure that the meat is cooked correctly. I would have shared a photo for reference, but I'm not sure how to do so.

I'm just going here when they rip and sometimes have for chicken sandwiches, but their fries are still the best. this could work a little. customer service was not the best.
