Chick-fil-a - Waterloo

Man I love this place, the drive through now they have it going on even when they are in the weeds (busy) the food is scorching hot service is great and you are not sitting o. The side waiting as you see everyone else go by like other places 5 stars 5stars

I rarely eat from this restaurant , but I pick up multiple doordash orders from there per day. They workers all seem awesome and well trained. The restaurant is super super busy , and these guys don't miss a thing. My doordash pick-ups are almost alwaysready when I walk in , if not it's just a short wait. The more orders from this restaurant per hour is more money in my pocket.

Like the new way that they have for ordering your food. Been there a few times and the food is always good. Wish that they had onions for the sandwiches. I like onions and pickles on all my sandwiches. The prices are very reasonable for the food you get.A young man helped me with the app that they have. In 2 visits I got quite a few points. Most of the time that I have been therethe staff are very helpful and friendly. Sadly there are a few times that I tried to get my drink refilled and they didn?tnotice that I was trying to get their attention.

Incredibly fast drive through with helpful, kind workers with experience. I got a Cobb salad and waffle fries and ordered and had my food in less than five minutes. It was delicious and so fast even though it was during their lunch rush!

It was delicious. I think all fast food personnel should go through Chick.fil.a training. They are always polite, friendly and have the best interaction with their customers.
