Pinks Waterford

We had a table for both of us at 20 o'clock. as nye we understand that it can be busy, but look outside and inside at 8 o'clock while we waited for it not to be so busy. the rush hour seemed a bit calmed. we stood for almost 20 minutes and approached if we had a reservation, I said yes. we showed a table of someone who is very happy. bank and floor were absolutely dirty. we only had food menus, no drinks card. are they waiting to come for someone about 20 minutes and say they haven't ordered yet? I said no, not even drink. I have our drinks. then a nice girl took our order, but we had first asked for our starters (obviously) but everything came together immediately when I asked not to be. there was no water, no towels. I asked twice for hand towels and more serviettes. probably 15 minutes between each request. then I stood up and asked someone at the bar and they then said oh no, we have no excuse. that's good, but at least the others should tell me so I didn't wait for something I expected they know. the noise level I have set high, but only because it was like a zoo. families should be told that their children do not run in the restaurant. we had 2 children who walk all night on our table. that was okay. I've had better experiences before in pinks, but last night was such a break. the service was shocking bad. When we asked about our bill, she said that she will be the same with him and we saw how she was a queen up to the first and with chats, so that we waited for the bill again almost 25 minutes. I was annoyed by the driveway and it was only worse in the night. eating as I said was okay, but was better, but for worth it is good. I'm sorry to say we're not going back to pinks. !

Fantastic eating, not too expensive, but the service was simply bad to say the least. much too slow and the server were just kids no experience and no leads. it took 15 minutes to get a dessert menu and 30 minutes for desserts. toilet was not cleaned in the 2 1/2 hours we were there at any place.

Really nice restaurant decoration is fab. personal really friendly and eating was delicious, but it was very hot lukewarm so the only complaining

Food was good and portions good sized. I would recommend it for a nice evening with good music in the background.

We went on Christmas eve for food. Everything was fantastic from the minute you step in the door. We ordered food and it was literally with us in minutes. The staff are just the nicest bunch and very attentive.
