Kfc - Waterbury

Not really sure I went on a Sunday (5/1/22) and the food was fine, but I had a bigger order for several people, so I wanted to use the lobby, but it was locked and the only way to order was the drive thru. Not a big problem, but nothing less annoying and there was no sign that this was the case. If I hadn't seen the people working in the store, I probably would have just left.

I put an order online and went to the store to pick up. They decided to close the dining area, so I had to go to the car thru. They were super slow in driving thru line for about 45 minutes.

Chicken was awfully boiled. I am 28 weeks pregnant was eaten chicken, so I door Dash that it comes hardened without meat in the wings. I thought the potatoes would keep me satisfied, but even that has a strange aftertaste. Never again! This place is so expensive for the most beautiful food.

He just came out of work and waited in line 10 minutes to order in the ride through me and to say the other person, oh ya were closed at 10:20 when they close at 11. Couldn't even take our orders, then say that only you were closed, not happy at all. It's just laziness

Horrible service at this location, the food sucked after waiting 22 mins in the drive thru….they have maybe 1 or 2 low life idiots working in there….any other kfc Is better….stay away from this location if your hungry and you have things to get done….never coming back here again
