Mi Vida, 14th Street - Washington

I arrived during happy hour so got great prices on amazing food! The nachos and wings were delicious!! Service was fabulous! Enjoyed dinner and the atmosphere as a solo diner. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic family meal here on Christmas. Our server was delightful and the food was delicious. The guacamole was especially good and we also enjoyed some queso fundido. The achiote-marinated mushroom tacos were fantastic for both vegetarians and meat eaters and the enchiladas suizas were very tasty with an excellent sauce. Topped it off with a pitcher of margaritas. Everyone remarked again the next morning on what a great meal we’d had.

Chewy skirt steak was not pleasant. Service was good and atmosphere was good

The atmosphere is great for a date night. The service was wonderful; attentive but not at your table all the time. The food was ok. It 's a bit spicy, both the birria and enchiladas had too much heat with nothing crisp and fresh on the plate to cleanse your palet. The meals were rich and spicy. They definitely need to think about rounding meals out with something fresh and acidic. If you want Mexican food, this is not the place. If you want a burger with 'Mexican ' toppings or more upscale reimagined versions that leave you wanting for freshness in your meal, enjoy!

Amazing meal at Mi Vida and absolutely incredible service (Christopher may have been the best host we’ve ever had). Pretty expensive, but wow we were hooked on the Mole and Margaritas. Definitely will be going back.
