Bread Furst - Washington

We had a blast in this little shop! We bought so many breads and pastries and they were delicious!!! The shop is small, but when you enter you get to watch the bakers through windows making the breads and pastries and pulling fresh ones out of ovens. Theyhost a variety of savory and sweet treats. They also serve crafted coffee and tea beverages that can be customized. The innerstore also has a large assortment of pickled foods, fresh dried pastas, oils, herbs and much more. If you want a neat littlebakery that makes you feel like you're a world away stop here!

This place is so cool! fun to be able to watch people make fresh bread. The pastries we fabulous. i would love to see a lemon scone. overall wonderful inside and out. cool market vibe inside too

Neighbourhood bakery with a wide selection of pastries, bread and breakfast kitchen. The Filialfront is quite narrow, so it is a little hard to see all the options and gives you little time to make the decision if you are not familiar with their offers. I went on a Sunday morning, the line was quite long, but quickly moved (separated lines for order and payment) and the staff was very sweet and helpful in explaining the menu. It was my first time, so I went with a chocolate croissant and a laib full tease. The chocolate Croissant was solid. The structure and fluffiness kept on the counter despite the cold weather and perhaps for a while. The chocolate was not too sweet and the right amount. I ate it cold (not optimal), but warming up would have made it even better. The Sauerteiglatte was fantastic!! Very present taste and mouth feeling of whole grain, great crumbs, moderately brownish. The center was even not dense, smaller air pockets. Overall, a well balanced foliage that I can see that I can come back from time to time.

I had to be educated upon placing my order, but once I ordered and my food arrived, wow, it was great, staff was very helpful, food great flavor.

Eh very overpriced for this. Bagel isn't good and the paper is stuck to the bagel. Way too much cream cheese and nothing really flavored on here. Would not recommend.I have gotten their pies before and those were good.
