I am really disappointed that I have to post this review, since I really enjoy the food here, however the wait staff is simply horrendous. At first I thought it was a one off thing (everyone has the right to have a bad day), but I have given this place several chances now and I always feel as if my presence is somehow interrupting the wait staff’s free time. On two separate occasions we were the only customers, yet it took the staff over 15min to hand us a menu. It’s not unusual that they are hanging out with friends at a different table and one must approach and interrupt their conversation in order to receive service. On one occasion, after receiving terrible service from one waitress, she proceeded to give us back our change without 5zl, which she decided to give herself as a tip without asking. Such a shame, since I really enjoy the venue and food, but the service is just too much of a turnoff for me to return.

Hidden gem that easy to mis out on. We went a party of 6 just to grab a beer. But we discovered they had delicious pizzas and drinks as well. Stayed for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food. Service was nice and accommodating as well. The one thing I would want is more vegan options written out on the menu, and perhaps an English translation. But Google translate worked fine. Can recommend for a nice lunch.

Great food, not so great service. Somewhat pricy. Been here four times so far Everytime, I have ordered the [Hot Spicy Burger] and [Gas Ananaz]. They are both pretty good. The third time, they gave me the wrong burger. The first time, they did ask me if I want ketchup or mayo with my fries but never gave me. The second and third time, they didn't bother to ask. The fourth time, they did give me ketchup and mayo, but they gave me far inferior fries, for some reason.

Service is less than zero. They don 't bring you a menu. Waiting time was estimated to be 40 minutes but it takes even much longer. My friend also waited much longer. When you want to cancel the order they act like it 's your fault. Food is good and is the only reason they get two stars. If you can 't manage the amount of orders you have then hire more people or close your business .

Great place with an awesome atmosphere. Good choice of beers, delicious homemade tinctures and marvelous meat dishes.
