Horrific experience. Took forever for food and we were the only ones there the whole while the entire staff including manager appeared to be horsing around and screaming (singing) through the store. We could here them through the take out window. Very unprofessional and made me not want to eat my food as God only knows what was going on while they were making it.
I spend over an hour in the drive thru, ordered a biggie bag and a frosty. Guy ahead of my, ordered a #7, single meals. No other cars in line. Waited 17 mins to even be greeted at the speaker as they were all too busy standing outside by the menu sign, swearing and smoking, all appearing as minors. One opened the door and goes “who is taking orders?” Not to sure how you’re running a restaurant with every employee just having free range to do as they please. I confirmed my order at the speaker, I confirmed it again at the window and verified my receipt, still didn’t get the nuggets or fries to the biggie bag, called about it and the young man said “they were doing to take 15 mins so I put a request in for you to get a refund” still haven’t received that. Here I am again tonight, currently on minute 43 of being in the drive thru, biggie bag and a #5 meal, at minute 39 was when any employee even appeared in a window. How on earth does this continue to happen? How many complaints do you need to make changes?
Won't unlock doors when open. They should add signage to the doors if they don't accept dine in. Also remove the dine in label from Google.
My daughter had ordered the crispy chicken and to our horror when we opened it there was one teeny tiny piece of lettuce one disgusting slice of tomato there was no mayonnaise on it it did not look at all like the picture it was overcooked and horrible to The taste I don't recommend this place ever again the only thing they've got their that's any good anymore is the frosty's
