Everything was excellent. It was all warm and well-packaged (Please keep doing that. Thank you guys. , It was delivered in a decent amount of time (I was pleased , and it all tasted really good. Keep up the good work. Thanks guys.
The food we received was not packaged with Taco Bell labels, and it was clear that it had been sitting for a while, as it was soggy and inedible. We have decided to cancel our DashPass subscription and will no longer be using your services! To make matters worse, after our order was picked up, the driver made another stop before delivering to us, which further delayed our order. I ordered a crunch wrap, not a soggy mess! This experience was terrible.
It was lunchtime, so the drive-thru line was long, but I didn't have to wait for too long. I was worried that there might be an issue with my order, but when I received it, everything was hot and fresh. Unlike my experience with Burger King, where they messed up my order even when I was the only one in line, the Taco Bell staff did a great job!
When I arrived, the manager, Chris, greeted me warmly. He was very patient and offered a few entrée recommendations. He also mentioned that I would be taking a survey. Throughout the process of taking my order, he continued to be attentive and patient. The restaurant itself was exceptionally clean, including the fully stocked bathrooms and well-maintained entrances, all adhering to proper COVID protocols. My order was prepared incredibly quickly. Overall, the staff definitely deserves a raise for their excellent service.
