Dunkin' - Warminster

Awful set up. They make everyone use the stupid touch screen and it takes forever for orders to be placed. Mistakes galore because not every customer us used to using their system. Workers are loud and behind a wall of machines and other obstacles making it nearly impossible to communicate or even get their attention. I'll never go here again. Back to wawa for me.

The coffee here is so good! The people that work there are so clean and polite and professional! Best coffee I've had in a long time! And they gave me an extra donut for free... Such nice people! ??

I arrived to pickup my mobile order. My order was somewhere else instead of the mobile order pickup place. I asked someone about my order and the employee looked at me and turn his back on me. I was perplexed. Horrible customer service. Not even good manners towards people.As per the quality of my order, they only chose glazed and chocolate for the donuts holes I ordered. Nothing else!!! I also ordered 3 wake up wraps which are supposed to be held in separate small bags. Two of them were placed together and were glued by cheese to each other. I had to drove to another DD location on my way to work to order the wraps again since these were intended for 3 different people. Thankfully there are many DD locations within a 2 mile radius. Not coming to this one again.

Wonderful customer service! The young woman at the window offered my husband and I 3 free drinks as well as a couple extra donuts on national donut day. It’s little things like this that make people smile!

Well, I can see a big hustle with this one short curly hair kid, its pretty obvious that modern day slavery is going on in there, but I can see the kid finally got his friends hired, but they are very talented workers(for the kids), this review is only for the kids that work afternoon. The manager is insolent.
