Bidrage med feedbackThe app has not taken my card. then the card was “decoded” and when I gave money, they gave me the wrong change. I went back because of the wrong change and she gave me the wrong size drink only to wait in the drive for 10 minutes (the load was closed for inside), to argue for me to get the right change, and then only given by the being a dr pfeffer instead of a cok. the drive thru was held even longer because the manager gave me a hard time and the people begin to honking. really a terrible time. when I went, the change was still a dollar short and then when I checked the app of my bank, I was also reliant on it.
The food itself is good, but for some reason, they always forget the second fry in the Happy Meal. They also, never give ketchup with your fries and they don't salt them either. My Large fries came half empty. (and no, they were not fallen into the bag) Also, I can never get the option to add cheese in the Happy Meal hamburger in the app. It's only 4 or 6 piece nugget or a hamburger. The service is good, but very slow. They do not compare to any of the city McDs where they are super fast.
From my experiences, this location 's drive-through track record for at least a decade, is that it takes too long. Besides that, I asked the male employee that was about to pass me my order at the window if there was a fork in the bag, his response was that everything 's in the bag. Glad I checked the bag before pulling away, bc there was no fork in the bag! Also, the prices are increasing too often where as the hot cakes are shrinking. McDonalds is not much value
Other than not hearing the speakers clear I've had no problems whatsoever. Orders are always fresh and hot and using their app they got some great great specials
This McDonald's is the best one of all the stores that I've ever visited, They are polite, clean and the food is served hot . I've never had an issue with the food or service. The drive thru is spot on. I can't believe some of the negative reviews, We come here sometimes twice a week and also used the drive thru during the pandemic and never had a problem with the food, everyone is well trained and that is a good reflection on management .
