Jones Beach Delicatessen - Wantagh

We usually order from Jones Beach Deli out of convenience, and DoorDash makes it easy to order from the deli, grab the order, and go. We have used DoorDash with the deli several times successfully. Today, I ordered two sandwiches for pick-up through DoorDash. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready, and I waited 30 minutes before I finally said something. The person I talked who worked there rudely blamed me for using DoorDash because it's more expensive. I explained that I used it to save time, but clearly that wasn't happening this time around. I don't understand why I was blamed for using a platform that the deli clearly elected to use, and has successfully used in the past. Our sandwiches were also poorly made and clearly rushed.

They served the batter instead of cooked pancakes ...., enough said ....!!!

Food is on point ! Great for a treat your self Sunday or any day ! They will always get my money on the weekends ! Lmaooo slamming fat breakfast super hit never a miss eggs on point mozzarella sticks are good ! Super tasty ! Definitely recommend the hang over add Turkey with bacon extra egg boom !

Asked for coffee very light with French vanilla creamer I got black coffee. Sandwich was fine.
