Bidrage med feedbackI placed a delivery order on 1/15 for 3 sandwiches and chips. Upon arrival, we received 3 sandwiches all made incorrectly and no chips. When I called to let them know they only offered to correct the situation if I came up there and brought the food. This negates the entire point of delivery. I was unable to drive after having surgery. It was just a total waste of over $30. I also emailed the info@lennys email that’s posted in the other comments on 1/15. As of today, still no response.
Terribly made sandwiches. We spent about $60 on 4 sandwiches and had to come home and add meat from our own fridge to make them decent. The “mile high” turkey had a single lay of thinly sliced turkey. The cordon Bleu had a small amount of meat on one half, and NO meat on the other half. The other 2 sandwiches were just as bad. Not sure if they were running out of supplies, or if no one wanted to stop to slice more meat, but it was disappointing for sure.
We ordered on line and after arriving was told they had no meatballs to make part of our order. After much confusion (we ordered something else….then they said they had meatballs) we got home with nothing right. The first sandwich was just made twice and made wrong both times at that. So sad Lenny’s employees aren’t trained and could care less about customer satisfaction anyway
I enjoy this location thoroughly Joey is an absolute pleasure to work with he is the most helpful and the nicest.
Shrinkflation has hit hard. Small portion, high price. I paid entree prices for what turned out to be an overpriced side salad. This was my last visit. This place used to be great. The decline started when they changed from Lenny's Sub Shop. Disappointing.
