Ice Monster - Walnut Creek

This place is kind of hidden. Your interior decor could use a make-over. It's not very functional. You could also use a better menu that is visible before you order directly to the checkout. You don't feel like you have to order people after you. The place is usually busy, so expect a waiting period. The staff has always been nice. Always clean up. It seems they stopped halfway. You also have a menu kiosk I?ve never seen anyone use. The prices are okay. Higher then Starbucks when you try to get an idea. Eat well, but I think some of his microwaves vs made there. Your shaved ice cream is delicious. Most drinks seem to be made from heavy syrups. Even the smoothies. I don't like them having a tipping area on their revenues. But the place is worth a try. But please remember to park a walk that does not use the disabled spots to walk in a escape like the man on the picture. No, he didn't have a window or a handicap plate. Just someone who didn't want to park far away for his bubble tea. I then had to try the family in black car to get out with a wheel chair on the other side without room cause of this type.

Ice monster has big smoothies, ice slurries and Boba Tees. They make more than just drinks that we also like their basil popcorn chicken, fried dumplings and steamed pig bunnies!

I had the vanilla blueberry waffle with an icy matcha latte. Both were very good! Standing outside seats that were beautiful on a beautiful day like today. My only complaint was that the staff would go to the back kitchen, customers would join together and no one was regularly reviewing the front so that to form an unnecessary line. I was always taught that no one should get into a store and not be welcomed immediately. I think that's a problem everywhere, not just here. And some employees weren't excited to be there. It won't stop me. It has delicious treats and it is really close to my work!

Stopped by for shaved ice and ended up ordering a French toast with ice cream. Great choice and ordered smoothie as well.
