McDonald's - Wallsend

I understand this is a fast food outlet but standards truly need to be a little higher, my husband and I were passing through we used the amenities and my first issue is the toilet stall I’m a plus sized woman and could barely sit on the toilet seat, on the left the toilet roll was so close to the toilet and then the sanitary disposer unit to the other allowing little to no room to sit. My second issue was the service a lack of it we stood and waited to to be served for atleast 10 minutes while the crew member near the auto ordering was in deep conversation with someone she knew so we proceeded to approach the counter to were 3 team members were in full conversation we then decided to leave

I ordered 4 hash browns from drive through today and they were cold, soggy and undercooked. Tasted like they had been cooked yesterday Very poor quality and extremely expensive for what they are

Went through drive through for lunch on sunday i got a filet of fish and a big mac meal and drove from the drive through to the car park.i found the fish burger cold and the big mac just warm i wasted my money, even my dog wouldn't eat them. wallsend macdonalds has lost another customer and i am aware of at least a dosen people that will not go back.

The meal was not a good value anymore, with 2 adults and 2 kids costing nearly $50. The BBQ bacon burger had no bacon and the fries were served stone cold. The young and disinterested staff did not help improve the experience, leaving me unsure if I will return in the future.

Like all McDonalds locations, the food here is quick and delicious, the dining room is neat and inviting. However, what sets this McDonalds apart is the ambiance. The staff is friendly and the cozy lighting inside creates a welcoming atmosphere.
