Bidrage med feedbackHuge portions! A lot of slurping! First visit was pretty good. Quick service...probably because we were one of three tables. That kind of worried me at first but the food came out quick. Shrimp spring rolls were fresh and yumm. Loved the dipping sauce. I found out I am not a fan of quails eggs! Lol I try everything once. Overall a good experiences. I don’t live close but if I’m in the area and hungry, I would go again.
This restaurant is really outstanding. Service is very friendly and efficient, but best part is the food. Unlike many Asian/Thai/Chinese places that load up on sugar salt, the food at Pho Ethan is full of many wonderful and memorable tastes and flavors, that succeed on their own merit. We have been there many times, have sampled most of the menu, and have always had a great experience. Check this place out.
Seafood Pho: The flavors were fantastic, with a nice blend of spices and fresh vegetables including bean sprouts, basil, and lime. The scallops were small bay ones, but they tasted great. The shrimp were medium-sized and of good quality. The fish was a bit chewy, but still fresh—just a little unusual in texture. Service was attentive throughout the meal. Overall, it would have been a 5-star experience if it weren't for the fish.
I had a fantastic experience with their chicken pho (grilled chicken) and was really impressed by how well they packaged it for takeout. I ordered during the pandemic, so I was a bit concerned that the ingredients might be mixed together, which could lead to soggy noodles and wilted bean sprouts. However, I decided to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised to find everything was neatly packed in separate containers. The soup was steaming hot, the chicken was flavorful, and the bean sprouts and jalapeños added a nice crunch. The noodles were perfectly al dente. Overall, I was really impressed, and I will definitely be returning!
I've also had the pleasure of trying their Vietnamese BBQ, where you grill your own food right at the table—a fun and tasty experience! The prices are very reasonable, making it even better. I always enjoy visiting the restaurant, and it's nice to see the owner come out to greet customers when he can. You can tell you're in good hands when you see many Asian diners around you. If you're looking to explore a new Asian cuisine, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. Don’t miss out on trying the Ban Mi sandwich—you won't regret it!
