Village Deli And Grill Wake Forest

At first when we passed Village Deli and Grill it looked like a place that would have sit down table service however when we got there we then learned it 's a bit more casual, you order at the counter, they give you a buzzer and then you come pick up your food when it 's ready. They have indoor outdoor seating which is nice and a large menu which is also amazing. My husband isn 't a sandwich/deli guy so I 'm glad they have other things that he can eat as well! All of the food was good but let 's get to the desserts.... To die for... honestly I am going to have to go get another slice of that lemon blueberry cake this week. They said that all of the desserts are made in house which is always great! For sure will be back to try more of the menu!

Had a chicken salad wrap, it was ok. $20.00 with gratuity for a wrap and bottled water to go.

The Ruben there is amazing! Haven't had a bad sandwich there tho. The staff is friendly and helpful. Inside area is always clean. Does get busy but is worth it!

I had a Reuben there, it was amazing. Full of flavor and moist. The cashier was nice and the building was clean and ambient.

I don't usually complain about the price issues. But this last trip was ridiculously expensive for lunchmeat sandwiches. We bought 3 deli meat sandwiches with fries, 3 soft drinks 1 piece of cake. Our bill was $70! One of the melts was cold. The other looked burnt skimpy. They have just become way overpriced for less than mediocrity.
