Dairy Queen (treat) - Wake Forest

At some point I gave up my order and the pers6taking my order was so rude. I can understand stress and maybe there was a problem with short workers, but this is not my problem. no greeting and sounded rude and as if she didn't want to help. Before I could even order my blizzard, she was as ok that everything was really fast and was short with us gave us an evil attitude.

Wish I had seen the 93 rating before i ordered the $8 banana split prepared without gloves. Couldn't finish it. Bad bad bad. When you're DQ and your banana split is no good..close your doors.And you had the nerve to respond back saying you don't have to wear gloves. Get as far away from food handling as soon as possible. The way you handle my banana with bare hands nauseated me.

Kudos to the staff who were so patient today with a very young little boy who asked for a colorful treat. It was just wonderful to see the staff offering ideas and being so understanding. I 'm sure the little boy 's grandparents appreciated the extra effort. We left with a big smile.

Reading through the people who had bad experiences there and scratching my head. Very sorry they showed up when DQ was doing some sort of maint. We have never had an issue getting anything. Naturally the ice cream is easy since it's basically on tap. But we've also ordered hot food and been told to drive around and wait up front. It takes a bit longer that McD's because your food is made to order, not grabbed off a stack of prepackaged burgers created to satisfy an algorithm that predicted someone would want one at that time. The food is hot and fresh, the ice cream is amazing. No complaints as the ONLY thing anyone ever got wrong was they forgot one drink, one time. We told them and they ran back in and got us the drink. Problem solved.

Just went through here for the first time today. Horrible customer service!! I can get over a lot because I run a business and I get it but the girl taking my order was unbelievably rude when I ordered. I pay, and then she says “you need to pull to the front and I’ll bring it out” no please no thank you even after I said thank you have a great day. 9/6/22 time was 2:34 pm.
