The At Wailea

Excellent food and service ! We will make this restaurant a 'regular ' when we 're in Wailea.

Spectacular sunset, wide-view hillside vista meets curated cuisine par excellence. Phenomenally trained staff takes superior care of you start to finish, with aloha. The three course menu offers nice variety and the cocktails are assembled to perfection. Nothing is overlooked here. The swanky relaxed vibe will leave you in chill mode. Very chic.

We started with a drink from the bar. The bartender made a great drink! Then we were seated at our table. The service staff were very helpful with questions about the menu. The food was amazing. They also helped pick out our dinner, dessert and drinks! The ambiance was beautiful! We had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary and life!!

It pains me to give low stars when the food was so delicious. The venison was beautiful prepared, however the chef didn't portion right to where one could enjoy the flavors throughout every bite. Ge attempted to emulate French cuisine but failed at balancing the art of plating. I was served a few dots of parsnip and even less sauce to complement bites of the meat. I was gonna ask for more to finish off the last two chunks, but I didn't want the meat to get colder. The floating island was another inspired dish, and I love their adaptation. That was perfectly executed, and the expo was a nice touch. High marks to their Pastry Chef! I also want to thank our server for accommodations made for other shortcomings. Parking: The lack of signage made it difficult at night, but we found our way.

We absolutely love the attention to detail at this restaurant. I appreciate when asked about my food allergies and then the exceptional follow through. I can eat here without have to constantly question what is in each dish and the fear of cross contamination. They have already done that for me. We love the constantly changing menu. The food is always so fresh and lovely. Lynn and Nico are also amazing wait staff. They made us feel so special and cared for.
