Auntie Anne's - Waco

Well first of all auntie Anne's is my favorite pretzel place this location is horrible no food ready team has no communication what so ever with each other manager not close to the team focusing on having a team that works well together . There are alot of people working and Noone knows what's goin on and how long before food is ready I gave it two stars but not worth that

Standing in line noticed one of your employees making pretzels was not wearing gloves. I thought that was a health code violation especially when he is walking around touching other items never saw him wash his hands either. I left did not want your pretzels after I saw that. Janet

I'm a postal employee in training. I got a half hour for lunch break so I shoot over to the mall to Auntie Anne's to get a pretzel dog, a pepperoni pretzel w/marinara sauce and a medium Dr. Pepper. I only have a hundred and guess what to my surprise they cant break it. So I walk out with no food and have to hurry back to work. Thanks Auntie Anne's for nothing!!!

I've been hunting aunt Anne's Pretzel shop for years and I always love the food. And although I had friendly service, it seems a lack of communication here. The tables were bad and the productivity was slow. I think the manager must focus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to speak and what priorities should be. For example, when I walked in, it was slow, but they were from Brezeln. Again, you love the staff, but I think the store could use a better administration. EDIT: since I have been this review years ago the team has created its game! Clean, quick. Well done! Five stars!

Love the pretzels, but the line can sometimes be a bit long.
