Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good lord above. All I want at 10:45 on a sunday night is a burrito with guacamole. Is that too much to ask? My girlfriend and I ordered chipotle and spent two extra dollars for guacamole on my burrito. Now i was skeptical about this from the jump because the previous time we had ordered Chipotle (thru doordash) they had also forgotten the guacamole. I don’t know if that was from Voorhees or Bellmawr, but nonetheless I was hoping they would do better this time. They did not. The only reason people go to this grossly overpriced store is for the grossly overpriced guacamole. $2.50 for a little scoop of guac on my ten-dollar burrito? What kind of world are we living in? Additionally, the guy who handed us our bag was a sassy pants and did not offer the customer service I was seeking. My girlfriend brings up a good point. We showed up at about 10:45, fifteen minutes before the store closed. It’s not as if we were there at 10:59. Even still, our time of arrival should have nothing to do with the quality of our food and their service. This is the second time I’ve had $2.50 robbed from me by chipotle and I will not be going back unless I REALLY want a burrito. But it’ll be a cold day in hell before i go back to Chipotle in Voorhees.

Place used to be good but now portions are tiny. Not worth the money especially since they are not cheap. Not sure if they’ve decided to cut back but last few times we’ve been there our bowls were half the usual portions. We go there multiple times a month. No more now. Too bad.

Customer service is so bad here. The “manager” Lizzie is an 18 year old girl who has an attitude and talks to you however she wants. This was honestly my favorite chipotle to go to, and I traveled to just for the wonderful food but honestly will never go back after being treated so horrible here.

I don't really care too much for Chipotle but everyone I was with wanted to get it. I got a veggie burrito bowl. The person who made my bowl was stingy with thr veggies even after I asked for extra and saying I would pay. But this has happened to me at other Chipotle locations. Another thing was the tabasco sauces were not out like other locations. The store was very clean!Vegetarian options: Great choices but do not give you a lot of veggies.
