Unfortunately, my family and I had a very unpleasant experience on my brother's birthday. We had some understanding for the lack of selection of dishes, as it was the last day before Christmas and many ingredients were missing, but this was never communicated. After repeatedly denying that certain dishes could not be prepared, my brother, very humorously and not maliciously, said after I ordered a Margherita pizza: “But they still have that there?” Accordingly, the supposed owner said that we could leave the restaurant because we didn't have to be rebellious towards him. He's not black and painted, he's a restaurateur and he doesn't have to listen to insults. After this very rude expression, we left the inn not only with an empty stomach, but also with a very poor rating. We are therefore refraining from a second visit and will not make a recommendation even if asked.

If I could give zero stars I would. They couldn't offer half of the card because there were either problems with delivery or they couldn't offer it today. The cutlery was dirty. After the 5th meal, which I wanted to order, I was told that the owner wasn't black and worked in the catering industry. Got up and left. Never again.. impudence!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

0 An important and essential part of every catering business is customer service. It doesn't matter how beautiful the decoration is or how good the food tastes if the service is bad. If the customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, then there is a good chance that this customer will not come back. Customer service is much more than the day-to-day work of the staff. I have never experienced such poor customer behavior in my entire gastronomic career! Nonetheless, happy new year!

Incredible service, it was called 70 minutes waiting period after which I called 2 times to ask where my food remains meant every moment the driver must be there...the pizza came 2 a half hour later!!!!!! The pizza was good to say nothing... But hunger goes by when you pay 12.50 for 20 cm wide and 30 cm long pizza and then you have to wait so long... Sorry that was the first time and unfortunately also my last time ordering this
