Dutch Bros Coffee - Visalia

I'm actually disappointed, especially since everyone I know has been hyping this place up. My first experience wasn't the best, I didn't like the coffee and I was unable to take it back because the cashier never gave me a receipt. Never even offered one. I asked if I could get something similar to a French vanilla cappuccino, it's what I usually get from places. It's sweet and yes it's a warm drink. I was given a bitter vanilla and caramel coffee that didn't even taste like such. I honestly didn't like it, it was no where close to what I asked for and because I didn't get a receipt I couldn't go back to get a refund or something else I preferred. I will not be going back, I'll stick to my regulars. The people were nice though, even though it felt like we were just being pushed along :

Love this place because the workers are honestly awesome individuals who handle the heat and not so chill customers and still have positive energy and legit suggestions for drinks. Their energy drink is intense and will have you wide awake and raring to go.

Absolutely love! We tried the Golden Eagle, Chocolate chip cold brew, Annihilator, peach (green) tea, Ninja, and Banana. This is the first place I've tried that gets banana flavor correct (not too sweet and not overpowering). The peach tea is sweet and light. The Annihilator is caramel heaven. Love mint? The Ninja is for you. Coffee ice cream: get the Golden Eagle. The cold brew had light flavor the coffee wasn't overpowering or bitter (unlike some other places eh hem). Staff was extremely friendly, too. I wish there was one near me; I'll be back next trip <3

Best coffee place for sure. Prefer it over all the competitors. The drive thru is always super fast even if they have a really long line. They have never messed up an order of mine either. Always super kind employee's. It's also in a really convenient location (and not a shady part of town). I recommend the white zombie or the golden eagle!!

The nitro cold brew coffee is from a can. NOT MADE FRESH. They also serve it with a cup 100% topped with ice to reduce the volume of coffee sold. Two stars for willingness to remove ice and top off with regular cold-brew.
