Bidrage med feedbackThe Virginia Beach Bonney Rd location does not deserve stars at all due to the abhorrent customer service, on an ongoing basis, specifically delivered by the manager V . We have ordered EVERY week from this location for years, and every time there 's an issue, V never starts off with an apology; instead, she goes back and forth with excuses. This location has served my husband spoiled chicken (discolored and smelly), and V tried to justify the problem, but then offered a depthless and insincere apology. Today, our salads had black, wilted, and withered lettuce in it. Instead of apologizing, she went on and on about the type of lettuce that was in the bag. My husband was very patient with her as she disregarded what he said and proceeded to over talk him, so I took the phone.Then of course, she became defensive. I concluded the call by informing her we have opted to no longer order from that location and her response was ok, thank you . Having the opportunity to service customers for most of my life, I couldn 't imagine having anyone on my staff who has no regard for the customer experience.
The owner has vegan family members and the staf can veganize several menu items.
Good option if you are in a pimple and need something fast and satisfying! The normal side that comes with sandwiches was not vegan, so I subbed in fresh fruit instead.
The café is in the bank and that made it a bit more difficult to find. There are two vegan things on the menu. Southwestern packaging is ok, but not good enough to go back. It was an occult place.
The best catering experience! jenna in the catering department was such a HUGE aid during the selection process. she went beyond and beyond helped me to select a menu and the corresponding amount of food. then I was blown away on the day of the event. the food was delivered and the presentation was spectacular. if you think it could not get better, the guests started eating and every single item was delicious. I want to have another party so I have to eat with bark and red onion and with these delicious, filled baby potatoes. I think there might have been a fight for the last baby potatoes at the end of the event. many thanks, gourmet gang, for the graduation party of my daughter such a success.
