Burger King - VINTON

It was 8:30pm, and I placed a mobile order. Upon arrival I waited at the drive thre for 5 minutes before I decided to drive to the window. Again no employees to be had. There was no sign posted about them being closed, if they were... I tried opening the doors and they were locked. If they decide to close early, a courtesy sign posted on the door window and drive thru could have helped. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my refund

Traveling through horrible customer service no one greeted me just keep looking at me. After a few minutes waiting finally someone came to take my order which I had to tell her 3 different times what I wanted. The other lady came to assist her which she just stood there looking at me never speaking or asking what could she help me with she stated that I couldn’t order based off the order menu it hadn’t been updated and I could only order 2 regular whopper jr on the $5 duo but I could add cheese for extra which it doesn’t have anything to do with me on them not updating the menu so I have to order based of them verbally telling me what I can order nothing was correct on the menu so she said! I would never stop here again! I also wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from here.

I just stopped at the Vinton Burger King location to get takeout for a long road trip. When I first arrived it was a little busy but not bad. When I went up to the window the cashier had an attitude and asked me to pull over to the side to wait for my order. I waited about 10 minutes then someone came and asked if I had a Whopper and a small fry which I did not. I told them what I had ordered and the guy said I'll be right back. So I waited another 10 to 15 minutes and the guy brought my food out but no drinks. So I told Tim that the lady of the window had not given me my drinks and he asked what I had ordered and I told him. So I waited again for another 10 minutes and nothing. So I backed up to the window and asked the lady at the window if I could get the drinks that came with my order and I showed her my receipt. She said they were out of Sprite which isn't a problem. So I asked her for Fanta. While she was fixing her drinks. I saw the guy that had brought my food out standing waiting for other orders. Not even attempting to get the drinks that I'd ask him to get 10 minutes prior. After receiving my drinks I had pulled out to start my long road trip and I stopped on the side to get my food and my little boy's food ready to eat. When I open my Whopper it was disgusting. Old and cold. Didn't have any grill marks and it had this weird bubble texture on the burger. I didn't even eat it even though I'm starving. Everything else was fresh. Just a burger was really gross and being a hat a long trip I was not going to turn around and ask for a refund from these people when they had an attitude already just to get $5 back on a burger. If y'all decide to go to Burger King go to a different location. I would not recommend this location to anybody if you have to pass the border into Texas and go somewhere there.

By far the cleanest burger King I've been to. The service was great, fast, and the food was perfect!
