Balzac - Vilnius

It was one of the worst dining experience that ruined evening plans. We had to wait for the main meals three hours. Literally three. In addition to that the meal was not really exceptional. Sorry to say but the duck leg served in IKEA canteen is better prepared and not so dried out. Also its a shame that a french restaurant had any french cider available. In addition to this the environment didn't match the price tags table covers exist..but not in this restaurant. ...All in all no value for money and your time here.

Featured on the Lonely Planet, it clearly attracts many foreigners. It's a decent French restaurant, both frog legs and dorade royale were great. Complementary baguette tasted average, though. Prices a bit higher than average but it's a good place for a relaxed meal, even dates.

The fish is amazing !! Very well cooked I also tried frog legs which were also very interesting. The interior is simple and nice, not much space outside it's a bit noisy.

Very tasty French Lithuania inspired food in one of the most cozy streets in Vilnus

This was just a magical experience. The food was exceptional. Forget your fancy London restaurants this was one of the best dining experiences, ever. Staff wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable. Location in a stunning part of Vilnius. A happy evening in Balzac. Thank you so much and I really mean that. C.
