Subway - Village of Ravena

Has to be the worst Subway I've been to. Either they don't know how to read or the language barrier is too large. Ordered salads online, each salad was different, you literally choose what you want in each and remove what you don't. It's wrong every time, and they can't say it's because they're busy because we go to pick up and it's absolutely dead inside. Step it up, especially when people are paying $50 for 2 salads and a wrap.

They took the cart out so you cant just grab your food, you have to wait in line. Stupid?‍

By far the worst subway in the capital district and it’s all due to the level of stupidity of the employees. They don’t know how to make any of the sandwiches. I have issues every single time I go.. and I only go when we’re in a pinch because Ravenas food options suck.Preetha (I think her name was) was very sweet, but had no clue what she was doing, sandwiches were made so sloppy. Asked for a steak, egg, and cheese and she didn’t put any egg on it and then looks confused when I asked for it. Later she stuffed 4 giant eggs on the already completed sandwich. Learn the menu. Stop hiring untrainable children. At the prices you’re charging, the food and service should both be up to par.

I just had the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from subway there. My sandwich was dripping mayo when I only asked for two lines. No meat and rotisserie chicken is pre portioned so idk how she managed that. as well as little to no veggies and I typically order a myriad. Highly recommend paying attention because I didn’t and paid 11 dollars for the nastiest sub I’ve ever had from subway.

Wouldn’t fix order they messed up due to Uber eats. They like to steal money from people
