I found a chunk of dark plastic at the bottom of my iced coffee. Didn't rate 1 star because I've come here before 2-4 times without issues. Still, after that, I'm never coming here again.

This is the absolute best dunkin I have found. Every day when I come in they already know what I want and have it up to the register by the time I get there. The store is always very want and staff on every shift. Always my coffee is exactly how I want it. Thank you guys for doing an awesome job

It was fast and easy to complete my transaction and I was on the way.
