Sybarita Caffe - Villa de Leiva

We ordered a cup of coffee from Tolima made with a decanter. It was delicious and the barista, Diego, was very nice and explained to us all about the coffee and the peasants that collected it. 100% recommended

We struggled to find a decent cup of coffee in Villa de Leyva until visiting Sybarita. Just off the main square, the cafe has the location, great coffee and fantastic staff. Coffees cost $5,500 so under US$2. Definitely recommend.

Quality of coffee was very good. Desserts had a wonderful taste and service was excellent. It has an excellent location.

I was looking for a cafe in Villa de Leyva to get some writing done, and I came across this one. It has a very nice "coffee bar" and the coffee itself is very good too. The deserts are not particularly exotic or different than the usual (cake, tiramisu, lemon pie, etc.), but they're still good. I was very comfortable when writing; the music wasn't too soft or too loud, and the place is definitely cozy.
