Large ambience on public square. Something for everyone. Flank Steak is a specialty and it is worth trying. Nice sauce. Very tasteful, but not sharp. Pizza is also pretty good. Good service and fair prices.

The restaurant and staff were nice however the food was terrible. We ordered a large pizza for three of us and it was very dry. There wasn’t enough tomato sauce and the dough was hard. We couldn’t finish it, it was that bad. You have live music from 7pm and I think the food prices include entertainment because we found prices to be slightly higher.

We wanted to dine to the restaurant next door, but there was no seating for the four of us, so we settled for Portales. We ended up sharing a couple of thin crust pizzas and salads. The menu had a good choice of pizzas, so we chose two different pizzas to share and everyone at the table was quite satisfied with the taste of the pizza. The restaurant has a great open view of Plaza Mayor which makes it a relaxing place to enjoy dinner.

When visiting Villa de Leiva in Colombia we came across a wonderful restaurant on the Plaza. The outdoor seats are spectacular and the service was great. Our waitress Miss Heidy, was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. The Italian dishes we ordered were delicious and the wine selection was just right. I recommend this fine facility
