Bidrage med feedbackWe were looking for a decent Turkish and wanted the best food rather than the best looking restaurant. The food was first class and really good value. If you want a fancy restaurant then it's more of a casual eat with brilliant food. Houmous starter was huge with salad and bread. Mixed grill was huge and so tasty.
We've been in Vienna for Christmas Market in December 2018. We searched for a place to eat nearby and we found Sen Grill Restaurant. Very good food, fresh ,sour, the staff is very friendly even if they don't speak English we managed to understand each other. We recommend you to try!
Ate here twice and couldn’t fault it. The staff are friendly and the food freshly prepared and cooked whilst you wait. We had chicken breast with chips, salad and a delicious yogurt dip. Second night we had chicken skewers. With a beer each it came to under €30. The portions are very big and piping hot. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10.
From when we entered the restaurant, the owner greeted us with enthusiasm and genuine warmth. After a long day on the ski slopes and a 2 hour drive to get back to our apartment, we were tired and hungry. And hungry and loud kids are not always the most welcome, especially in restaurants in Vienna. BTW, It's a small place which is cozy and looks clean. It was about three quarters full the evening we visited. The owner (I assume) recommended fantastic dishes, although we eat Turkish food regularly, so we knew pretty much what we wanted. Absolutely everything we ordered (lentil soup, chicken donner with rice, ayran, dolma, baklava) was delicious. Oh, and the prices were reasonable. We will be back next time we visit Vienna.
My wife, daughter and I ate here several times during a recent family holiday. My daughter only 3 was made very welcome and she loved it (and has given her a great love of Houmous! The food is good, fresh and delicious. Portions are generous. A simple, inexpensive and unpretentious little restaurant that offers excellentTurkish food.
