Panera Bread - Vienna

My daughter and I love going to panera bread. I really cracked on her while we lived in nashville, so if I gave the chance. we went to lunch today to enjoy some suppe and smootheias. we both chose the creamy tomato soup, and we both have smoothies, mango and I the strawberry banana. I also love the panera app because I can get points that reward me with free diners and rebates. the load was clean, the personal friendly and I will return definitiw!

Wonderful friendly staff who made me feel like a family! I do not live in a city with panera or other chic coffee spots, so I ask a lot about the menu and what meant what. the counter person has explained the options very well and laughed with me about my thoughts about my decision. my friends and I sat and enjoyed the pleasant, clean, welcoming atmosphere while we entertain and laugh. the manager kayla came around and asked if everything was in order and was so pleasant, open and friendly! we had a few very nice talks with her about our experience with ordering the offered products, their employees and the clean inviting atmosphere. all the workers I saw wore masks, whose smiles were shown in the eyes and words) and everything, including the toilet room, was sharp and round clean! Even the employee who took the müll out seemed happy, was masked, had on clean clothes and was friendly! thank you. they all went for steps to protect against the covid 19 virus! Many thanks that they are great and offer a fantastic place to come and relax and enjoy! thank you. kayla to take their shift in a fashion that is all happy to serve and enjoy! this was a super fun visit and I will come back again and again!

The food and the service were great. the personal was professional and respectful. take their children here instead of mcdonald’s where the hired cuddles and scream and have no man or respect.

Very good food. servixe was polite and fast. they just don't understand why it's so expensive here. sandwich and suppe for $16? bit much

I love the Mac and cheese here.. they used to have good potato soup and got rid of it.. At this particular location you definitely need to bring your own silverware. Mine has been gross to the touch last couple times I’ve been.. even when I asked for another to replace the first, it too was disgusting..
