Subway is not as healthy as the majority of the people think the bread and the vegetables are ok but when it comes to the meat all are processed and full with unhealthy ingredients I personally don't eat at subway we head a soccer tournament in victoriaville I bought my daughter a 6 inch Turkey sandwich because she insist on having one and the price are not reasonable.
