Buffalo Wild Wings - Victoria

At the entrance the facility was clean. The toilets could sleep better. The tables were clean and the floors were chopped and flooded. The service was pretty good, about 8. The waitress was good. She checked my table for everything we needed. Food had arrived well and on time. I ordered the house Sampler. It was hot n fresh. Had a few drinks that were right at the point for taste and appearance. Try the black cherry Mezgarita. Really good to drink all night. Of course I will return.

12/14/2022 Today I came in to Buffalo Wild Wings to have a few cold beers after doing some errands. I sat at the bar top and Emma was the bartender working. She was very customer service oriented. She was attentive, industrious, courteous, and was very much on point on everything. Not only serving my services but other customers as well. She should be recognized, that is why I am taking this short period of my time to make sure that she is recognized. I will definitely return because of her eagerness to provide astounding customer service!!!

Very loud atmosphere, food was just ok, and service was less than attentive. Wings were barely covered in sauces. Fries were room temp. Cheese curds were salty and tasted like they were fried in old oil.Vegetarian options: A couple of vegetarian options were on menu.Kid-friendliness: While I saw kids here, I wouldn't say this place was kid friendly.Parking: Parking is tight in this small shopping strip and people apparently race through and around frequently. We were almost hit twice!

Server was fine, drinks and order done quickly. Food took forever and then server refused to take credit card for pymt. said she’d send a link. Never got it and we left as we’d been there over an hour already and expected it to come sooner or later. An hour later manager called asking for pymt. explained situation and text was finally sent. And pymt made. Expect to lose money if you refuse card at time customer is ready to leave. Also one of the items ordered was wrong but we were hesitant to send back due to time it took to receive food.

Second time at this location and so disappointing. First, they didn't have a cider. I ordered a chardonnay and they were out. Then I ordered a diet coke with whiskey, but they only sell Pepsi products. They were out of the Asian zing sauce my husband wanted, so we just left. The bartender was in the weeds and was like ok ,bye. Sorry. Don't know if there will be a third time.
