Recent renovations on the inside are very cool! Clean and stylish. This is a welcoming location, and the staff are fast and helpful. I enjoy sitting inside for breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. The drive through line can be long at times, but it moves really fast.

All Tim Hortons cross the world has same high standard of food and service. So proud to be a Canadian ! Great location ! food in Tim Hortons Always fresh ! Except if you order with your phone , make sure you gave the correct address for your order! It was very kind of Albert the manager from Sidney location ! When I put Shelbourne Tim ‘s location and he still hand me over my order without asking for payment again! Thanks! Tim Hortons! You are the best !

The renovation and first experience in the updated location restored my faith in it. They were well staffed and ready to open, and my breakfast sandwich was quite literally the best Tim Horton’s breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Excited to see this location thrive. Observed what I assumed is the owner interacting with some customers and she seemed nice. Oh and I just heard an employee in the back say “Alexa, add croissants to the shopping list” assuming the restaurant is low on croissants LOL. It is BEAUTIFUL inside. Come see!

As Timmies go, this is one of the best. Clean, well run, friendly staff, and always an eclectic group of customers to make a good atmosphere. Late closing hours are also a bonus at this branch.

This is the best tim hortons on Vancouver island. Have plenty of seats inside as well as outside to accommodate guests, safe parking area and friendly staff. A girl named Nav working as assistant manager is extremely cautious and helpful. Will visit again.
