Mccracken Bar Grill - VICTOR HARBOR

We were looking for a beautiful place to dinate. the staff and the service were great, friendly and efficient. the servier sizes were good, but the feature component was not great with all directed. the fish was tasty, but very oily with oil on the plate while cutting. it was difficult to see the garnel in the linguini, and the lambry had basic commercial heavy instead of a beautiful rich sauce. we will come back, although it is compared to our other more regular venues in general.

The food was OK, we ordered fish and that was cooked well. But we ordered an icecream sundae, which was presented poorly. Lol. The topping was at the bottom of the glass with 2 scoops of icecream on the top. You had to eat the icecream to get to the topping. Obviously put together by someone who had no idea that topping means exactly that so that was a bit of a laugh but disappointing really. It really is the little things that can make or break an experience for diners!

I had the beef cheeks, my son had the fish. Absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and the food came out within a good time. We will definitely visit again

We had a lovely catchup with family and the beautiful view added to the pleasant day. We all loved our dishes. They were very generous in size and well presented. Service was excellent with waiting staff prompt with our meals. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Was a busy night. Staff friendly. Food took a while to arrive however we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They were excellent. Will definitely come again next time down Victor way.
