Al Fogolar Rooms Osteria - Verzegnis

Excellent recommendation from our hosts at La Gerla Blu, friendly and welcoming, wood-burning fireplace, friendly locals in restaurant. Everything on the menu is local and home-made. I could not resist, had appetizer, primi, secondi and dessert. We felt as if we were part of the family. Owner and cook are very proud of what they do, and rightly so.

It’s really a (NICE) dilemma! So let me give you an advice... Ask for salame homemade and wait for prosciutto san daniele. Continue with chiarscions and do not forget to get the sequence for eating them (leave the sweet one as last). Try spezzatini, but please leave space for tiramisu, do you know it has been invented in Tolmezzo?!? I would like to comment the price, but it is so smaaallll! Enjoy!

The room is very simple, but clean. Big bathroom. On place restaurant is excelent. Service also very good. RECOMENDED!
