Ai Salvi - VERONA

A menu almost more Roman, much appreciated the idea of serving in the covered a selection of local and Apulian breads and oils and as entré a cream cooked to the olives (if I did not understand badly). All dishes are made with passion and attention to detail, you feel laugh in the kitchen and it is a very nice thing because you breathe a family atmosphere. A note of relief goes to the sweets, the only flaw the staff (probably the owner) did not know what was a sweet ingredient we chose, little bad not having allergies. One of my sweet chocolates did not have the filling inside, even this problem recently being very rich as a dish. The painful note arrives at the account, in addition to being a wire over the average there were charged 50 cents extra making us almost believe otherwise that they had 'launched something'. It's too bad they've come home. €70 for 1 first, 1 second, a small bottle of wine, water and 2 desserts.

Restaurant just outside Verona. Refinement and quality are only two of the adjectives that can be used to describe the gastronomic experience experienced. Refinement in the packaging and quality of the proposed products. Wide choice of grilled meat. Perfect service, staff prepared and friendly. Very recommended.

I return to this place after almost two years of absence and I found the same quality as once enriched by an improvement of the service and the local. Congratulations
