Citron Bistro, Vero Beach

We wanted to try this for our date night out from the kids and we’re super impressed by the ratings so had no doubt we’d like it. Crab cake was good but had to wait 10 min for tarter sauce so it was cold before finishing. Got our dinner the sautéed chicken which looked amazing and had great flavor until while talking to server assistant I looked down at the piece on my fork to see it was completely raw inside. My husband had a piece of his still left which had a slight raw lining but my piece was undeniably raw even to the server assistant who then took our plates to the kitchen. While waiting server brought us check for appetizer and we asked for manager since he still never came to us on his own. We he did he pretty much called us liars by saying him and the chef inspected it and did not find any raw chicken. That BLEW our minds! We clearly know what raw chicken is and asked to bring the plate back but said they already disposed of it ! Never again! I understand things happen but to not take ownership for it, unreal !
