KFC - Vernon

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this KFC and will not be coming back. The food was prepared quickly, in less than 10 minutes, indicating that it was likely cooked some time ago. The cashier seemed confused and gave the wrong order to another customer. Only the fries and soda were decent. The pasta salad had a strange odor and the chicken was incredibly greasy with dough that appeared undercooked in certain spots, making it almost inedible. Considering the price, the quality of the food should have been much higher.

I ordered a bucket of chicken with all the fixings. It seems like this place may have changed ownership because the food was awful. The chicken was undercooked and had a muddy skin with no flavor. I usually enjoy KFC gravy because it has a unique taste, but the gravy here had no flavor at all. Unfortunately, I won't be giving this place a second chance.

If the chicken wasn't so good, I would give this place a zero star. it is an old bunker that should be demolished years ago. Not very clean. They wait a long time, sometimes the order is wrong, but it's never... their fault!! it is not the most friendly place and you wait a long time for pickup. If it wasn't for the chicken, I would never go there.

I placed an online order and was initially told it would be ready in 40 minutes. However, it ended up taking 1.5 hours and I had to call a call center to check on my order. The service was absolutely terrible. I will never use or visit this restaurant again.

I have ordered online twice and both times when I arrived at the time my order was to be ready, they had not even started preparing it and I had to wait for several minutes. On my last order they double charged my credit card...and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again will I order from this location.
