Trattoria La Quercia - VERGATO

I absolutely didn't complain to the staff about the price but I think that because the quality of the food was high but never mind it was Easter and I understand that. I wasn't rude and I didn't make any comments. I had good memories when it was run by a mother and daughter and I wanted to repeat that experience. I repeat that the food was of poor quality and above all that unpleasant smell at the entrance. I'm sorry and I really respect the work of others but I had a negative experience

Good restaurant in the hills in a beautiful location, with fast service and good dishes. The portions are generous and the prices very honest. The pasta is highly recommended, truly handmade.

Abbiamo cenato questa sera dopo aver visitato il campo di Lavanda a Rodiano... Buona qualità dei primi piatti, tutti fatti in casa con ingredienti freschi del territorio... Buone le crescentine fritte accompagnate da salumi, formaggi e marmellate casalinghe... Il mascarpone da 10 e lode... Gentilissima la padrona di casa.. Torneremo....

Ottima ospitalità e cucina superiore, quasi meglio che a casa...

Mangiato molto bene, ottimi primi sia tradizionali che con una leggera elaborazione, Crescentino e tigelle ottime accompagnate da fantastici salumi e formaggi Bravi, torneremo sicuramente!
