Bidrage med feedbackAfter having taken a drink at the warm bar of the hotel, we were very well received at the brewery on the v. the waiters were in small care and good advice on the dishes offered as well as the suggestions of the day. Among the many dishes offered on the menu, I chose a grilled yellow net that was wonderfully well cooked. I highly recommend this verber restaurant if you are looking for a quiet place and offering refined meat and fish dishes that change Valais dishes that are used to finding.
Back to friends with verber for the weekend of Easter, we dine at the brewery on v. two p’tits glasses at the bar and table hop. quietly, while being animated, we had a wonderful evening. What a treat! be it the Spanish sardines, the pata negra, the hot goat, the cooked tuna, the gamba noodle wok, the skewers of saint jacques, the roasted cod back, the beef net or the famous burger of the v, we were delighted! with such a menu, a little complicated the choice of wine, we opted for an excellent local red. we then shared the benefits and the cowrin "from the v" the two to fall on the ground! Thank you, bravo and all of you soon.
We went there for a Bday dinner and everything was perfect: nice service, good food, coffe, dessert, digestives. Only but would be wine list, which was a bit too overpriced.
Varied map and heightened the superb frame. The Italian leader will surprise you. Flavored and contemporary atmosphere.
Excellent dishes: especially st jacco shells more gambas, and tuna tataki. Too bad that on the evening of the 31st Dec, the shells were no longer on the map. we had booked at 9:15 but we sat only at 10:00. The children received their main dish at 11:20. too many noisy world and a huge delay in cooking. I'm really sorry.
