Singing Sun Coffee - Ventura

I’ve been in here several times hoping that *this* time the staff will be friendly! I’ve tried to make eye contact with at least two separate people on separate occasions at the counter while picking up my order (wasn’t busy) to ask for the WiFi, and they glide right past to chat with the other staff like I’m not obviously standing there with a question. There has been one exception to this, but in general it seems like a pretty cliquey/exclusive place. There is better coffee in the area, but the vibe is so cute, it’s a shame the staff isn’t friendlier to match. If your whole thing is vibes, maybe make sure they’re good and include everyone, not just your friends.

Stopped by on a road trip. was well worth the stop off the highway. nice vibe and busy...yet quiet. really good latte and nice selection of pastries.

Coffee is great, shop is bright, clean and has a great aesthetic. In a great area as well. Check out the cool plant store and bookstore!

While the atmosphere is great (pretty location, nice seating, fun music selection), the drink I had was fairly mediocre, despite being one of their most popular signature drinks. The espresso was not super strong, and the drink itself was not very flavorful. I would still come back and try something different, but this place felt a little bit like style over substance.

Just had the best scone state side with a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you!
