Santucci's Original Square Pizza

Tonite was the 2nd Problem Delivery I've experienced with the Ventnor location!After waiting almost an hour for delivery the wrong pizza was delivered. After being promised a new order would be out to me within 20-30 minutes I waited another hour to have a cold pizza delivered. Very disappointing! Time to find a new pizza place!

I only get their pizza. I think is one of the best on the island. Read some other reviews; very varied. I know the inside dining can be sketchy. My biggest issue is the technology fee WTF is that? It is a surcharge for using a credit card? I know lots of places are doing it. That does not make it right. I believe you can refuse to pay the charge if you are not told up front. I know running a business can be tough but asking for the technology fee and asking if you want to apply a tip on my $20 take out pizza. Get serious

Over an hour and half for a order of wings. We left even though we had paid the bill. Called back several times to get my money back and we are still waiting

The pizza was delicious, the had Fat Tire on tap, and the rooftop bar area had live music. Great spot for dinner and drinks.

I 'm a local, only a few blocks from here and we will never order or eat here again. The waitress/bartender today at the bar on the roof top looked annoyed when we only wanted pizza to TAKE OUT and we didn 't want to sit down foe drinks. After 15 minutes we just wanted to know the status, she was nasty and with an attitude said I 'll check but I doubt it. Too bad this is the closest pizza place and we ordered here a lot but she was all bubbly with everyone else who wanted alcohol but because we wanted to just sit and wait we got an attitude. We 'll take the extra couple of blocks for better service from now on.
