The service was desperate, the waiter who served us was so unprofessional and it was immediately obvious that he did not want to do his job. When he came to serve us, it was obvious that he didn't know English, of course that's no problem, but he could have sent another colleague who did. He brought us food where he served us again in Albanian and in the end it turned out that he brought the wrong order and he started arguing with us. He charged us for both what we ordered and what we didn't, that's not a big problem, but his approach to the whole situation was so cheeky and rude and we weren't the only ones in the bar to whom he did the same. Restaurant discovered by chance. I went 4 times in a week. Good cuisine from both sea and land. Really very surprised. Only flaw: pasta not underdone.
