The young unprofessional staff could even prepare two coffees within 20 minutes. the worst thing I've ever been here.

I really enjoy dining at Burger Queen Lotte. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the portions are never overwhelming. Some of the staff members have even begun to recognize me and remember my usual order. Overall, it is a pleasant dining experience.

The fries were large and crispy, but I would have preferred them without the thick cut.
